There's no point in having a nice pair of shades if you're constantly worried about breaking them! We're here to solve that problem. Each pair of BluViz shades and glasses is covered by our guarantee and replacement policy. Each order gets 2 replacements for lost or broken shades, just pay for the shipping and handling ($9.99/pair for US costumers). Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get you back in action ASAP!
We cover all manufacturer defects for the first 60 days after you receive your order. If some issue arises with your shades or computer glasses that is not related to your use we will refund them for free. After the 60 day window is closed we will replace your eyewear at our discretion.
Qualification for this coverage is at BluViz Eyewear's sole discretion and may require pictures and/or the actual pair of eyewear for review. We reserve the right to deny any request for warranty coverage or to recommend a different course of action if necessary
